RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA)

When you return an item you have purchased from Midwest Cellular Connection, we in fact evaluate and test the item. Once the phone has been checked against your complaint and any problems identified, it will either be fixed or replaced at no additional expense to you. Midwest Cellular Connection makes it convenient for you to request your RMA number. Call us at 1-877-571-0344 or fill in the form below and click "Submit." You will receive an email within 24 hours which will contain your RMA number.

Description of problem: 

Return Policy: DOA is defined as failure to power up on initial operation from the box. All DOA items must be claimed within five (5) days of confirmed delivery via email contact to the following address sales@midwestcellularconnection.com A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided at that time which must be included and written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Or by clicking on the following link http://www.midwestcellularconnection.com/rmaform.html Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. All returned items must be 100% complete in original packaging and in pristine condition, with all packaging, phone and all accessories included. This is an electronic device and there is no warranty or guarantee except that it will not be DOA.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Disclaimer: Once we provide you with your RMA number, the items must be received by us within 7 days (Weekend and Holidays excluded) after RMA number is issued. Make sure you place the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container. Please be sure to pre-pay the costs of insured shipping. Proof of shipment must be provided upon request during instances when the return is suspected to be lost in transit. Midwest Cellular Connection will not pay the shipping cost of returned items, however if the items you are returning are determined to be defective or needing repairs, we will credit the cost of shipping after we receive the items up to $5.15. All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA number. Should the item pass all evaluation and testing, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returned shipping and handling. If payment is not received within 30 days, item will become property of Midwest Cellular Connection.  Returns which are not authorized will not be accepted and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Please allow 5 business days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise for the processing of your return. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. We do not offer refunds for auctioned items.  Please refer to the Return Policy for exchange information if the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA). 

If you experience an electronic malfunction after the Dead On Arrival (DOA) period ends, but within the 10 days from confirmed delivery, please contact us. After 10 days of confirmed delivery with no reports of malfunction, the phone cannot be returned. Midwest Cellular Connection reserves the right to evaluate each situation individually before accepting any returns or exchanges. If a decision is made to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) the phone in question will be evaluated upon return against the complaint. Midwest Cellular Connection must be able to reproduce the malfunction upon the phones return. If the phone is found to be in need of repair, the repair will be made at no additional charge. If the phone is in need of an exchange your phone will be replaced with a like unit or one of comparable quality at no cost to you. Should the phone be covered by a manufactures warranty, we will assist you in sending the phone to an authorized repair facility. The shipping and repair cost if applicable will be paid by the customer and will be the responsibility of the customer. Once you have exchanged your phone, we will not be able to undo the exchange and return your original equipment to you. If you have difficulty with the exchanged unit, Midwest Cellular Connection will replace it with another like condition phone. The exchanged phone will carry the same return policy of 10 days from confirmed delivery.  

Phones subjected to neglect, misuse, water damage, wear and tear and the like are not eligible for any return or exchange. This policy does not cover lost or stolen phones. These policies do not limit or supersede any existing manufacturers' warranties. There will be a minimum $35.00 charge for diagnostic or no trouble found.

This policy is not to be considered any type of warranty or service contract.

Phones which have been activated and are not DOA cannot be returned without prior authorization.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Any product missing the Decimal, Serial, or ESN numbers.
